Visiting this website

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our hosting and content delivery provider. To deliver the pages and protect the website against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request. We use this processing on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use these data to identify or profile visitors.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract with you or your organisation (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). We keep this correspondence only for as long as needed for these purposes, and longer only where the law requires us to (Article 6(1)(c)).

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf, such as our hosting and email providers, under contracts that protect it. Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at katarzyna.wojtczak@haction.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the way we process personal data changes, for example if we add a contact form or analytics. The date at the top shows the latest version.
